Your Kentucky Attorneys

Bluegrass Gun Rights is a dedicated practice of Clark + Harris, PLLC, a Kentucky law firm serving all 120 counties from Lexington. Restoration work is all we do under this banner — built on the firm's federal criminal-defense experience.

Dan Parker, Practice Leader

Dan Parker

Practice Leader — Federal Firearms Rights Restoration

Dan leads the restoration practice, and this work is personal to him. A Lexington-based attorney whose legal philosophy is rooted in originalism and the strict, unapologetic defense of the Constitution, Dan believes the right to keep and bear arms is not a theoretical concept — it is a fundamental pillar of American freedom and a way of life for Kentuckians. He is also an avid gun owner, outdoorsman, and recreational shooter — the proud owner of what he calls “an American amount of firearms” — so he isn't a lawyer reading about gun rights from a distance; he lives them. With decades of criminal-defense experience across the Commonwealth's courts, every application package that leaves this office is built under his direction and attorney-reviewed before filing.

Bradley Clark, Managing Member

Bradley Clark

Managing Member, Clark + Harris, PLLC

Brad focuses on federal criminal defense — drug, firearms, and white-collar matters — and business law. He is admitted in all Kentucky state courts, the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the Southern District of Indiana, and has appeared before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He provides partner-level review of the practice's filings and compliance.

Derrick Harris, Partner

Derrick Harris

Partner, Clark + Harris, PLLC

Derrick leads the firm's state criminal-defense practice, representing clients in district and circuit courts across all 120 Kentucky counties — a trial lawyer first, with the courthouse-by-courthouse knowledge that matters when reconstructing and explaining a decades-old record.
