Tier 1 — Eligibility Review & Records Assessment

- Records-retrieval plan (what to get, from where, how long it takes)
Fully credited toward Tier 2 if you proceed within 6 months.
Tier 2 — Full § 925(c) Application Package
$2,500
- Everything in Tier 1
- Certified court records ordered and collected for you
- FBI fingerprint card guidance and coordination
- Three character affidavits — drafted with your references, not form letters
- Your personal statement, developed in interview and written to be read
- Law-enforcement notification, final attorney review, and filing when the portal opens
- Status tracking and updates on a fixed schedule after filing
Tier 3 — Complex Application
$4,000
- Everything in Tier 2
- Multi-state or archived record retrieval
- Multiple convictions requiring individual documentation
- “Extraordinary circumstances” argumentation where a presumption applies
